Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least a day before your original appointment time. Any changes made outside of the 24-hour window are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.
Refunds
All service charges, products, and facial packages are non-refundable. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, please give us your feedback via email.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. This is to ensure that ample time is available for consultation and registration (if you are a new client).
Clients who arrive late do not receive an extension of service time. Please be respectful towards the time of other clients.
We strive to provide a pleasant and relaxing experience to all clients. Please mute your electronic devices during your visits and maintain conversations at an appropriate volume level.
We are committed to maintaining a clean environment in our facility. Please help us by disposing of trash properly and not bringing any drinks or food items with you.
A gratuity amount of 15-25% of your service charge is highly appreciated and encouraged. The tip you pay goes directly to your assigned esthetician/technician.
